YES! All Natural ingredients, gluten free, and they taste fantastic!! WE never use preservatives in our products.
What preparation is required for Frozen Products?
There is absolutely NO preparation or defrosting required on our Chocolate Soufflés or Soufflé Bites. Pull from the freezer, into the oven and ready within 20 minutes. Soufflés are great when served by themselves or with vanilla bean ice cream. All frozen desserts have a one-year shelf life in the freezer.

Can you bake Soufflés and Soufflé bites in the supplied tray?
YES! Leave the raw Soufflé batter in the black baking cup supplied and also the black plastic brownie bite tray! They are oven/food safe. Yes, you can reuse them if you want. If you prefer less molten on the inside, lower the temperature to 350′ and bake for about 25-30 mins.
Can you bake in a toaster oven?
Yes. Simply change the temperature down to 375′ and keep baking cup/tray away from the heating element at least 6-8″ away. Bake about 20-25 minutes.
Can you microwave the frozen products?
No, unless you like chocolate soup. :)
Can you produce Smothers and Brownie Pops for special events?
Yes, we are able to produce product for large or small events. We can also decorate these products for seasonal and special events.
Are Three Senses Gourmet products Vegan?
NO, we are not VEGAN.
How do you ship Frozen?
Your frozen product (Souffles and Brownie Bites) are carefully packed in a Styrofoam cooler, with frozen gel packs (2 per order). The Styrofoam Cooler is than packaged in a cardboard box, labled and shipped USPS Priority Mail across anywhere in the United States (except Hawaii). Unpack and place in freezer immediately upon arrival.
